Top Ten Sequels I Can't Wait to Read

1. Shadow Scale by Rachel Hartman
After finally reading Seraphina, I can't wait to see what happens next! After the title change, I know some readers are afraid that the release date will be pushed back, but I have hope that we'll get the book soon!

2. Please Remain Calm by Courtney Summers
I didn't even know Summers was writing a sequel to This is Not a Test so I am especially excited now!

3. Daughter of Dusk by Livia Blackburne
I still haven't reviewed Midnight Thief but that doesn't stop me from wanting the sequel!

4. Going Rogue by Robin Benway
I thought that Also Known As was a cute spy novel so I can't wait for the next book.

5. P.S. I Still Love You by Jenny Han
This is probably the sequel I'm most excited for. I absolutely adored To All the Boys I've Loved Before and I'm jumping out of my seat ready for this one.

6. Gathering Darkness by Morgan Rhoades
This is actually the third novel in the Falling Kingdoms series but still a sequel of sorts.

7. Flame by Amy Kathleen Ryan
I really like this series and I feel like it doesn't get enough love.

8. Vengeance by Megan Miranda
I really really enjoyed Fracture when it was released a few years back. If only I could get my hands on the sequel.

9. Her Dark Curiosity by Megan Shepherd
I really want to read this too but alas it's not at my library. I might have to order it from another.

10. The Traitor in the Tunnel by Y.S. Lee
This book has been on my To Read list for awhile and I need to read it so I can finally finish this trilogy!

Top Ten Books & Movies To Get into the Halloween Spirit

Books:

1. Night Film by Marisha Pessl
This book starts out so creepy. I remember just feeling uncomfortable while reading because the author does such a great job of setting a mood. It also has a great mystery that was fun to unravel.

2. The Body Finder series by Kimberly Derting
Come on, Violet has a special sense that draws her to dead bodies. Perfect for Halloween.

3. Frost by Marianna Baer
I loved the ambiguity of Frost because you don't know if the house is haunted or the happenings are a result of mental illness.

4. Down a Dark Hallway by Lois Duncan
This probably isn't that scary anymore, but it definitely freaked me out in middle school!

Movies:

1. The Conjuring - Such a spooky ghost story! I obviously don't believe that it's real, but they do claim that it all happened. Now I can't wait to watch the companion movie Annabelle.

2. The Village - I love this movie not because it's scary but the message is great! I'm sure some people will be freaked out by the scary parts too.

3. Hocus Pocus - Halloween classic

4. Halloweentown - Same for this one. Gotta love those Halloween classics.

5. Halloween - Michael Myers has always creeped me out and I love that it always takes place on Halloween.

6. Silent House - I don't get scared watching horror (unless it's a jump scare) but I remember being truly freaked out by this! Elizabeth Olsen does a great job.

Top Ten Books That Were Hard To Read

1. A Dance With Dragons by George R.R. Martin
This book was SO LONG. And the plot barely moved forward. It took me forever to read. I like this series but Martin is in desperate need of a strong-armed editor.

2. Kaffir Boy by Mark Mathabane
This book was so sad because it's a memoir of the author's life in Apartheid South Africa. He talks about boiling cow's blood to eat, so you know this was tough to get through.

3. Reading Lolita in Tehran by Azar Nafisi
I honestly think I was too young to understand and appreciate this book. It was assigned as summer reading for incoming 10th graders and I just hated it.

4. Heart of Darkness by Joseph Conrad
Even though Heart of Darkness is a classic, I found it to be so boring. I actually fell asleep reading it a few times which is quite unlike me.

5. Special Topics in Calamity Physics by Marisha Pessl
This book is so long and wordy and completely unlike the amazing Night Film by the same author. By the end, I was skimming pages.

6. Some Girls Are by Courtney Summers
While I liked this book, it was difficult to read. The main character is subject to horrible emotional and physical bullying while in high school. I couldn't believe (fictional) teenagers could be so cruel.

 Top Ten Books on My Fall TBR List

1. Young Money by Kevin Roose - I keep looking for this at my library because I love Kevin Roose's first book. I'm not a big fan of non-fiction but I know I will enjoy anything he writes.

2. Allegiant by Veronica Roth - I'm actually in the middle of reading this right now but I need to finish it!

3. Famous Last Words by Katie Alender - This was a WOW pick a few weeks ago and it will be released in about a week!

4. On the Fence by Kasie West - Been looking forward to this new book since reading The Distance Between Us.

5. Rebel Nation by Shaunta Grimes - This is sitting on my bookshelf, just got to get around to reading it!

6. Dualed by Elsie Chapman - see above :)

7. The Casual Vacancy by J.K. Rowling - Still haven't read this! I swear I will get to it eventually.

8. Gathering Darkness by Morgan Rhodes - love this series and can't wait to read the third book when it's released in December.

9. A Thousand Pieces of You by Claudia Gray - Really enjoy this author and can't wait to see what she comes up with in her newest novel.

Top Ten Authors I've Only Read One Book From & Need to Read More

1. Kasie West - I've heard such good things about all of her books and I really need to read On the Fence.

2. F. Scott Fitzgerald - I've only read The Great Gatsby and I know his other books are just as good.

3. Livia Blackburne - I just finished her debut novel, Midnight Thief, which is why I haven't read anything else by her yet. Can't wait for the sequel though.

4. Jenny Han - This might not count because I read the first Summer book but never finished it. But after reading To All The Boys I've Loved Before I think she's a fantastic writer.

5. Megan Shepherd - Still need to read the sequel to The Madman's Daughter

6. Kevin Roose - I was just looking in the library for his newest book but they didn't have it. It's about the culture of banking on Wall Street.

7. Megan McCafferty - If you can believe it the only book I've read by Megan McCafferty is Bumped. Must change that!

8. April Lindner - Loved reading Jane and have yet to read her other novels.

9. Daisy Whitney - Still need to read the sequel to The Mockingbirds.

10. Stacey Jay - So many of her books are on my To Read list but I've only read You Are So Undead to Me.

Top Ten Underrated Contemporary YA Novels

1. Sometimes It Happens by Lauren Barnholt
Lauren Barnholdt is pretty popular but I really enjoyed this novel. It's about cheating boyfriends but you can really relate to the characters even when they make mistakes.

2. The Year of Mistaken Discoveries by Eileen Cook
I read this pretty recently and loved the idea about finding your birth mother. Obviously things don't always have fairy-tale endings but the story overall is hopeful.

3. If He Had Been With Me by Lauren Nowlin
I've heard very few people talk about this novel and I loved it! Everyone check it out! It's a little sad but worth it.

4. Amplified by Tara Kelly
This is a little older but still great for fans of music.

5. The Language Inside by Holly Thompson
I'm not usually a fan of novels written in verse but The Language Inside works really well.

6. If I Lie by Corrine Jackson
This was on some other lists and I obviously agree with its inclusion. It's amazing and no one has read it! What's up with that?

7. Since You've Been Gone by Morgan Matson
Morgan Matson is pretty popular but I didn't even know about this novel until it was released! It's definitely not as good as her previous books but still worth the read.

8. To All the Boys I've Loved Before by Jenny Han
When is the sequel being released?!? I seriously can't wait. I know everyone loves that summertime series by Jenny Han but everyone needs to read this too.

9. Sophomore Switch by Abby McDonald
An older book but I really enjoyed it and think those that missed it the first time around should check it out now.

10. What We Keep is Not Always What Will Stay by Amanda Cockrell
I'm in love with this book and it's not all because of the awesome title. It's funny, thought-provoking and why has no one read it?

Top Ten TV Shows

1. Bones - I love this show so much that I even wrote a research paper on it for my pop culture class. For those who don't know, it follows a crime-solving duo: FBI agent and forensic anthropologist who can identify bodies by their bones. It's pretty gory but the character development and chemistry between the two leads is amazing.

2. Supernatural - The fact that this show is entering its 10th season blows my mind. I love spooky stories so obviously it's right up my alley, though the relationship between the two brothers though is what makes the show.

3. The Office - I love the humor of this show and the fact that it was still funny even after Steve Carrell left. I miss it so much!

4. House - This was probably one of the first "adult" shows I watched regularly and it's because medicine/human anatomy fascinates me (I wanted to be a doctor for a long time). I also like how each patient is a mystery that House needs to solve.

5. The Vampire Diaries - I pretty much only tuned into this show because Ian Somerhalder is in it (see below: LOST) but it ended up being amazing! It's losing steam now that it's hit 5 seasons but the middle seasons were literally crazy. Twists and turns in every episode!

6. The Colbert Report - I watch this show religiously and never miss an episode! I don't know what I'm going to do when Colbert goes onto the Late Show. Cry a lot probably.

7. How I Met Your Mother - This show is so funny but also has a very unique storytelling method. I love the unreliable narrators and flashbacks that keep it interesting. I also LOVED the finale!

8. LOST - This is the first show I watched on Netflix, though it was nowhere near a binge. What a great sci fi show.

9. Brooklyn 9-9 - There's only been one season so far so I may be jumping the gun but I really enjoyed what I saw and thought it was hilarious! It definitely deserved that Golden Globe.

10. The Twilight Zone - Gotta have a classic on here! I love when SyFy has the New Year's marathon, which is a tradition with my family.

Top Ten Books I've Read This Year

1. Night Film by Marisha Pessl
This is definitely at the top of the list due to the fact that it is so creepy and the plot is very engaging! If you like mysteries or thrillers, definitely check this out.

2. Double Down by John Heilemann and Mark Halperin
I love politics, so a book about the 2012 presidential election is definitely going to be on my list. I love getting all the inside scoop about the campaigns and candidates.

3. Gone Girl by Gillian Flynn
Night Film was recommended to me because I loved Gone Girl so the two are similar in that they're both mysteries. Plus Gone Girl will be made into a movie soon so you better read it!

4. In the Age of Love and Chocolate by Gabrielle Zevin
I thought this was a wonderful conclusion to the Birthright trilogy.

5. Perfect Scoundrels by Ally Carter
It took me forever to read this book but I'm so glad I did. I love this series and hope that Ally Carter keeps writing Heist Society books.

6. Shadows in the Silence by Courtney Allison Moulton
This is another book that eluded me for almost a year. Such a great ending to the Angelfire trilogy.

7. Year of Mistaken Discoveries by Eileen Cook
A girl searches for her birth mother after her old friend commits suicide. It's sad but a great read regardless.

8. Champion by Marie Lu
Anyone interested in dystopian literature needs to read the Legend trilogy.

9. Rebel Spring by Morgan Rhodes
I really enjoyed this sequel to Falling Kingdoms and can't wait for the next novel!

10. Salem Falls by Jodi Picoult
I'm actually in the middle of reading this right now but I like it so much I know it will end up on this list!

Top Ten Books That Will Be in My Beach Bag This Summer

1. City of Heavenly Fire by Cassandra Clare
Just bought this book and I'm so excited to finally finish the Shadowhunter series. It's been a long time coming and I'm ready! (I think).

2. Past Perfect by Leila Sales
Ok I went on a bit of a shopping spree and bought this too even though I already read it. But I absolutely love it and it's the perfect beach read.

3. Sleepaway Girls by Jen Calonita
This book is the epitome of summer for me. It's super light and cute but I read it every year because it really sets the atmosphere for my favorite summer

4. Summer State of Mind by Jen Calonita
That being said, I am beyond excited to read the companion novel to Sleepaway Girls. I have literally been waiting years for this. Hopefully my huge expectations are met.

5. Dualed by Elsie Chapman
I bought this as well so I will definitely be reading it this summer!

6. On the Fence by Kasie West
I love Kasie West and her novels are perfect summer reads.

7. The Last Forever by Deb Caletti
Deb Caletti usually sets her books in the summer (like Sarah Dessen) so I always turn to them on these long nights.

8. Since You've Been Gone by Morgan Matson
Love Morgan Matson and literally just found out that this has been released!

9. The Geography of You and Me by Jennifer E. Smith
This just sounds like a cute and light book.

Freebie: Top Ten Books I Almost Put Down But Didn't

1. Night Film by Marisha Pessl - This topic is so applicable because I considered putting down the latest book I have read. It seems silly now, but I was genuinely freaked out by the beginning of Night Film. I'm glad I kept reading though because it was a great thriller and not quite as scary as I thought it would be.

2. Glimmerglass by Jenna Black - I remember not liking the beginning of this book at all, but ultimately loved the rest of the novel and its sequel. Still need to finish the trilogy though!

3. Emma by Jane Austen - This book was so long with really small print and I almost put it down. I'm glad I didn't though.

4. Heart of Darkness by Joseph Conrad - This was an assigned book for class and for some reason I thought it was so boring.

5. The Shipping News by E. Annie Proulx - Another assigned book, this time for summer reading. It's not good at all. But I obviously had to read the whole thing.

6. Tithe by Holly Black - I hated this book when I first read it! Not quite sure why but I did manage to finish the whole book.

7. Brave New World by Aldous Huxley - The beginning of Brave New World is very weird and hard to get into. I'm glad I stuck through though because I ended up writing my research paper for AP Lit on this novel.

8. Halo by Alexandra Adornetto - What a terrible, sexist book. I slugged through the entire thing and recently donated the sequel because I know I'm never going to read it.

9. The Metamorphosis by Franz Kafka - I was so freaked out by the main character turning into a gigantic cockroach. Since this was another assigned book I read the entire thing.

10. A Tale of Two Cities by Charles Dickens - I actually did put down this book because I had to return my copy to the library. I eventually read the rest online.

Top Ten Most Unique Books I've Read

1. Forbidden by Tabitha Suzuma
This definitely belongs at the top of the list, as it's about the incestuous relationship between a brother and sister. But! It's actually really good!

2. Reading Lolita in Tehran by Azar Nafisi
I had to read this for 10th grade summer reading and it was pretty difficult because the author jumps around in time. Some of the book is about the Iranian Revolution, her time studying in the U.S. and then her having an illicit book club.

3. A Prayer for Owen Meany by John Irving
I love this book! But it's definitely unique. Owen Meany is a little person who is somewhat psychic.

4. Game of Thrones by George R.R. Martin
The world building in this series is incredible and definitely different from anything I've read before.

5. Animal Farm by George Orwell
This has such a great concept: using animals to explain the Russian Revolution.

6. Between Shades of Gray by Ruta Sepetys
This book is about a part of WWII that I was unfamiliar: the deportation of Eastern Europeans to Siberia in order to work in labor camps.

7. The Forest of Hands and Teeth by Carrie Ryan
It's hard to believe, but The Forest of Hands and Teeth was my first experience with zombies. Now they're everywhere (figuratively). But this book really introduced me to the genre.

8. Drought by Pam Bachorz
This book is so bizarre. It's about a cult but there's some fantastical elements in it too. I didn't actually enjoy this one - it was too weird.

9. Eyes Like Stars by Lisa Mantchev
I can't even explain Eyes Like Stars. All you have to know is it's about Shakespeare and is awesome.
 
10. Going Bovine by Libba Bray
This book is so weird! I can't really remember what happens but the protagonist does have Mad Cow disease, so there's that.

Top Ten Gateway Books in My Reading Journey

1. The Giver by Lois Lowry
This was the first dystopian novel I ever read, all the way back in 5th grade. Now that's my favorite genre. Side note: the movie is coming out soon!!!!

2. The Nancy Drew Series by Carolyn Keene
I love mysteries and thrillers and I definitely credit Nancy Drew with introducing me to the genre.

3. Jane Eyre by Charlotte Bronte
I really loved Jane Eyre when I first read it and I realized that classic literature can be a page-turner!

4. City of Bones by Cassandra Clare
I'm not the biggest fan of fantasy but I loved Clare's urban fantasy series. Definitely opened my mind a little to the genre.

5. Game Change by Mark Halperin and John Heilemann
I usually only read fiction, but this non-fiction account of the 2008 presidential election was extremely entertaining. Now I'm more open to reading non-fiction as a result.

6. Keeping the Moon by Sarah Dessen
This was the first Sarah Dessen book I ever read! It also introduced me to the YA contemporary romance subgenre.

7. The Goosebumps Series by R.L. Stine
I love horror and I think it's due to the fact that I would freak myself out reading these in elementary school.

8. The Language Inside by Holly Thompson
I'm not the biggest fan of novels written in verse but I loved this one! I'm definitely willing to try more now that I've read this book.

9. Twilight by Stephenie Meyer
Before this book, I never realized vampires could be cool. Boy was I wrong.

10. Vampire Academy by Richelle Mead
After reading this a few months ago I realized that vampires are still cool! Even though the craze has died down a little, it's still possible to write a great vampire book.

Top Ten Items on My Bookish Bucket List

1. Attend a Book Conference - Going to something like BEA would be such an amazing experience. I hope one day I can attend!

2. Buy More Books! I utilize my public library a lot but sometimes it's nice to have my own copy of the books I love. And I would like to be able to support authors more by buying their books.

3. Keep the Books I Own - Like most book bloggers, I have a ton of books. Maybe even too many. When I eventually move out I want to keep most of them and not get rid of them. Especially since I'd love for any kids I have to read them too.

4. Read More Classics - I read so much YA that I would like to expand my horizons. There are so many literary masterpieces that I should definitely read.

5. Go to Another Author Signing - I've been to a few but the last one I've attended was in 2010 I think. So I would love to go meet more authors!

5. Not be Afraid to Put Down Bad Books - Life is too short to force myself to read books I'm not enjoying. Sometimes I feel obligated to read books that are sent to me but if it's not good I'm not going to read it.

6. Read 100 books a year! This is my GoodReads goal. Last year I didn't achieve it so this year I'm going to try really hard!

7. Regularly donate to my library. I sent my library a small donation because I use it so much and it's such a great resource for the community. I would love to do that annually.

8. Teach my kids to be readers. If I have any kids I hope they love reading just as much as I do!

Top Ten Books On My Spring 2014 TBR Pile

1. The Taking by Kimberly Derting
I won a copy of this book from a GoodReads contest and I'm so excited to read it. Kimberly Derting's Body Finder series is so good so I'm hoping The Taking will be just as thrilling.

2. City of Heavenly Fire by Cassandra Clare
I can't believe the conclusion of the Mortal Instruments will finally be released this spring. I'm excited to see how it ends and even more excited for all the new Shadowhunter books Clare is planning on writing.

3. Allegiant by Veronica Roth
I can't believe I still haven't read this but I am so ready for Divergent to be released on the silver screen. I have plans to go on Friday so I'll let you know what I think!

4. The Last Forever by Deb Caletti
I haven't read a Deb Caletti book in forever which is a shame because she's a fantastic author.

Top Ten Favorite Books in the Fantasy Genre

1. Harry Potter Series by J.K. Rowling
This is an obvious choice, so no explanation needed.

2. The Mortal Instrumentals by Cassandra Clare
I know people are tired of these books, but I really can't get enough of the Shadowhunter world. I can't wait for the conclusion to be released in a few months.

3. The Angelfire Trilogy by Courtney Allison Moulton
I finally read Shadows in the Silence and it was amazing!

4. Vampire Academy by Richelle Mead
I'm really enjoying this series, even though it's yet another vampire book. The movie wasn't amazing but definitely check out the books!

5. The Infernal Devices by Cassandra Clare
Yes, another Clare series. I actually love this one more than TMI, which I'm not sure how is possible.

6. The Gemma Doyle Trilogy by Libba Bray
I love this series, especially because it wears so many hats. It can be classified as fantasy, historical fiction, romance and it does a great job in all of those genres.

7. Falling Kingdoms by Morgan Rhodes
This was such a good high fantasy novel and very similar to Game of Thrones. I just borrowed the sequel from the library and I can't wait to read it.

8. The Warrior Heir by Cinda Williams Chima
I was wary to read this book because I'm not a huge fan of fantasy but I ended up loving it! I still haven't finished the trilogy though which is pretty pathetic.

9. Glimmerglass by Jenna Black
I hated this book in the beginning and ended up loving it in the end! Not quite sure what my problem was at the time. This is another series I have yet to finish.

10. Before I Fall by Lauren Oliver
This counts as fantasy right? Maybe it's more science fiction. Either way, it's an awesome book.

Top Ten Popular Authors I've Never Read

1. Julie Kagawa - She wrote The Iron Fey Series which I've never gotten around to reading. I do want to though!

2. Ellen Hopkins - My sister has read all these books, which is funny because she's not a big reader. I was never interested in Hopkins's books because they're in verse and about drug addiction.

3. Stephen King - I tried reading Salem's Lot when I was in middle school but I think I was too young for it. I would love to give King another try though because I love horror.

4. David Levithan - Everyone loves David Levithan but I've never really been interested in his books.

5. Megan McCafferty - So many people rave about the Jessica Darling Series and I'm not sure why I haven't read it yet!

6. C.S. Lewis - I think I would like The Chronicles of Narnia since I loved Harry Potter but now I feel too old to read them. I saw the first movie though.

7. Stieg Larsson - I've been dying to read The Girl With the Dragon Tattoo but still haven't gotten a chance to yet!

8. Melina Marchetta - This is another author that everyone raves about. I wonder if any of these books are at my library.

9. J.R.R. Tolkien - I was never a big Lord of the Rings fan. We have all the movies on DVD but I haven't seen any of them all the way through. I haven't seen The Hobbit either.

10. H.G.Wells - I think I would really like his books but alas, never read any. I did see the remake of War of the Worlds.

Top Ten Books I Want to Reread

1. Heist Society by Ally Carter
I just love this series and this is the book that started it all! I forget some of the main details of the heist so rereading it would be fun.

2. Past Perfect by Leila Sales
I have a copy of Mostly Good Girls that I pull out whenever I need something to read because it's just that good. I wish I could do that with Past Perfect because I love the setting of historical reenactment sites.

3. The Moon and More by Sarah Dessen
I wanted to live in this beach town when I first read this book and I'd love to revisit it because it's been so cold and snowy.

4. The Secret Life of Prince Charming by Deb Caletti
I read this book so long ago but I remember loving it. Plus it's a road trip book!

5. The Opposite of Hallelujah by Anna Jarzab
This book is super long so I'd really have to dedicate myself to rereading it but it's such a thought-provoking and interesting book.

6. What We Keep is Not Always What Will Stay by Amanda Cockrell
I absolutely adore the title of this book but it's also a funny, well-written, and even sad story.

7. Where Things Come Back by John Corey Whaley
Another beautiful title with a beautiful story as well. This was the winner of the Printz Award which shows that it's great.

8. Second Chance Summer by Morgan Matson
This book has a really sad ending but the rest of the novel is so good that I think I would torture myself again just to read about a summer in the Pocono's.

9. Perfect You by Elizabeth Scott
My favorite Elizabeth Scott book and I'd love to revisit it.

10. Out of the Easy by Ruta Sepetys
I read this over the summer and it was so fun. The characters were great and Josie was an awesome protagonist.

Top Ten Reasons I Love Being a Reader

1. It's fun! I love reading and it's enjoyable for me to curl up with a good book.

2. I'm never bored. Whenever I feel the beginnings of boredom, I just pick up a book and cure those annoying feelings.

3. It's an easy hobby. I love that I can read wherever - on an airplane, in the waiting room, on the beach. Books (and e-readers) are portable so I can take them anywhere.

4. It makes me a better writer. Reading has made me a better writer and student in general (the verbal portion of the SAT? Nailed it). I have a much bigger vocabulary than I normally would and reading all those different sentence structures has made me a more well-rounded writer.

5. I learn new things. I mostly read fiction, but when I read historical fiction I know I'm picking up some facts about that time period (even if others things are untrue). Even just being exposed to new settings is interesting and an educational experience.

6. It's a great way to connect to other people. This sounds counterintuitive because reading is such a solitary hobby but I think it's a great way to connect to others. Through blogging is definitely a big way but my friends and I read the same books so we discuss them and then go see the movie adaptations together. It's a lot of fun.

7. It led me to blogging! Blogging has been so much fun: meeting other readers and authors, learning about new books and sharing my own bookish experiences. I wouldn't trade it for anything!

8. It's an escape. Reading allows me to leave my own world for a little and it's great way to relieve stress. It's not healthy to always worry about your own life and reading is a way to get away from those problems.

9. It makes my room look interesting. This is kind of a shallow reason but my room is overflowing with books and people are amazed that I've read most of them.

10. It can be free. Buying books can be expensive, which is why I utilize my public library. I love that we have them and can't imagine living in an area without one. I love being able to save a little money by borrowing books.

Top Ten Books That Will Make You Swoon

1. The Angelfire Trilogy by Courtney Allison Moulton
This book series features one of my favorite all time romances: Ellie and Will! What I love so much is that their relationship is very well-developed and we're actually shown (instead of being told) how much they adore each other.

2. The Season by Sarah MacLean
The Victorian period is ripe for swooning - pretty dresses, tailored suits and fancy balls are some of the hallmarks of the era.

3. The Dead-Tossed Waves by Carrie Ryan
Not a book you would normally consider swoon-worthy (because it features zombies) but I really enjoyed the relationship between Gabry and Elias amidst the chaos.

4. Perfect You by Elizabeth Scott
I read this book so long ago but it still sticks with me! Kate can't exactly figure out what's going on between her and Will, but you'll be pleasantly surprised by the end.

5. The Gemma Doyle Trilogy by Libba Bray
The romance isn't a huge part of these novels, but that actually makes it better. The few times Kartik appears on page (at least in the first two novels) were such treats that I looked forward to reading.

6. The Infernal Devices by Cassandra Clare
There's a love triangle between Jem, Will and Tessa, but it's not contrived in the least. Both boys are great matches for Tessa and their feelings for each other are very complicated.

7. Gone With the Wind by Margaret Mitchell
Rhett Bulter may be a rogue, but he's such a great character to read about and definitely made Scarlett (and me) swoon.

8. Pride and Prejudice by Jane Austen
Same with Mr. Darcy!

9. Past Perfect by Leila Sales
I just love this novel. A feud between the Revolutionary War and Civil War reenactment sites? An elicit romance? It's perfect!

10. Glimmerglass by Jenna Black
I didn't like this book when I first read it but I actually enjoyed the love triangle. I still need to read the last book of the trilogy to find out what happens!
